Dr. Rajesh Kumar is an educationist with a passion for bringing about social transformation by making education accessible and affordable to all. Fuelled by this passion, Dr. Kumar set out to revolutionise the educational landscape of Etah by setting up institutions at all levels starting from nursery to post-graduation. The journey began in the year 2005 with the establishment of Shri Mohar Singh (PG) College, Basundhara, Etah affiliated to Raja Mahendra Pratap Singh University, Aligarh. Within a short span of twenty years, Dr. Kumar established four more institutions, taking the total number of institutions operating under the aegis of the SMS Group to five.
Dr. Kumar holds a Ph.D in Hindi Literature from Dr. B.R. Ambedkar University, Agra. Currently, he serves as the founder-Chairman of the SMS Group of Education.
Mr. Rajeev Kumar is a young and dynamic educational entrepreneur with an illustrious academic background. He completed his schooling from SelaQui International School, Dehradun. Besides academics, Rajeev also took an active interest in rifle shooting during his time at SelaQui, earning accolades as a gold-medallist at the State-level. He completed his undergraduation from Jain (Deemed to be University), Bangalore in B.Com (Hons.) with specialisation in finance, accounts, audit and taxation.
Extensive period spent by Rajeev at prestigious educational institutions invested him with skills and expertise necessary for the administration and management of such institutions. Currently, he serves in the capacity of Director at the SMS Group of Education.
